U.S. Return Policy
Sunset Dreams accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online for a store credit within 30 days of delivery date. Returns past the 30 days will not be accepted. Sunset Dreams tag must be attached to return the item. We do not except exchanges at this time. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees of the return.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
* Jewelry
* Mystery Bags
* Doorbusters
* Hats
* Items Marked Final Sale
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Items that will NOT be accepted for return:
Items that have been worn or washed.
Items without the Sunset Dreams tag attached in its original form.
Items with deodorant/makeup stains.
Items that smell of perfume.

Defective Items

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting our Customer Care here within 3 DAYS of delivery.
*If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
* We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

International Return Policy
* We are not offering returns for international orders at this time.

How long does it take to process the return?
* Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
* Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Sunset Dreams E- Gift Card sent to your email address on file within 3-5 business days.
Is there a return fee?
* Customer is responsible for return fees.
Do you offer price adjustments?
* Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Sunset Dreams E-Gift Card ONLY.
